Accepted payment methods
The payment methods we offer vary from country to country. Topiahub strives to provide you with the payment methods that you are familiar with when shopping in your national webshops.
To check which payment methods are accepted in your country, we would advise that you visit any product page on the Topiahub site and they are displayed there. The accepted payment methods are also displayed at checkout.
Payment is taken when your order is placed.
All orders should be placed online on the Topiahub website.
We can take telephone orders for Kenyan customers, but please be aware that Topiahub Customer Care is not responsible for any spelling or order errors that may occur during the transaction.
Setting your language preferences
Topiahub’s content will be displayed in the language of the country you are shopping from. If you wish to change to a different language, then you can do so in two ways.
The language preferences can be set through the country / language link in the upper right-hand side corner of the Topiahub product pages.
Alternatively, if you have a Topiahub account, you can set your main language under Your Account → Personal Details.
Accuracy of content
Although every effort is made to ensure product images reflect colours as accurately as possible, please be aware that actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your screen due to differences in monitors and settings.
Product descriptions may be translated using manual or automatic translations. These are not the exact description of the product, are provided as a guide only and are not to be relied upon in terms of the contract of sale.
Size conversions vary considerably from brand to brand, so we recommend you check the manufacturers official website to ensure the accuracy of the conversion.
The sizes displayed will be the sizes for the retailer country, unless indicated otherwise. The retailer country is displayed on each product page along with the country flag.
The plug fitting of mains operated electrical goods will usually be fitted with the plug for the retailer country, unless indicated otherwise. The wattage/voltage of electrical items will also usually be suitable for use in the retailer country. The retailer country is displayed on each product page along with the country flag. If you are unsure please contact customer services for further information.
Items purchased for use in other countries may require adaptors/converters, which may not always be provided by the retailer. If this is not provided by the retailer, it is the customers responsibility to source these if required.
If an item you are purchasing does require a prescription for import into your country, this may be required by customs for the parcel to be released to you. Topiahub do not accept any responsibility for this, but will endeavor to assist you.
Price and description inaccuracies
We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices and descriptions quoted on the Website are correct. Topiahub cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors in pricing or descriptions.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all.
Acceptance of your order
Acceptance of your order will only take place once the retailer has dispatched your goods. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute a legally binding contract. Prior to dispatch of the goods, Topiahub and/or the retailer has the right to decline your order for any reason.
Forgot your password?
If you can’t remember your Topiahub password, click Forgot your password? link on the log in screen. Enter your e-mail address and we will send you instructions on how to obtain a new password within minutes. Follow the link in the e-mail to create a new Topiahub password. After you do so, you can log in to Topiahub with a new password.
Changing your password
You can change your password under Your Account → Personal Details → Edit. Simply enter your current password and your new password and click Update.
The next time you log in to Topiahub, make sure to use the new password. If you happen to forget your password, you can easily obtain a new one from the login page.
It is not necessary to be a registered user to place an order at Topiahub, but having an account saves time with future purchases and enables you to track your orders and view your order history.
You will also have the option to receive the latest news from Topiahub so you will be the first to hear about special offers, promotions, discounts, free shipping campaigns and new products.
Joining Topiahub is quick and simple. To set up an account, just click Join in the top right corner of the product pages and fill in a short registration form.
To access your Topiahub account, just click on Log in on the top right corner of the product pages.
Managing personal information
Your Account → Personal details contains all the basic information about you: your name, your e-mail address, your address, your phone number and your password. We store your personal details in a secure way and will never share them with any third parties.
You can edit your Personal details at any time.
If you wish to view our site in a different language to our default setting, then you can update the Main language section of your account profile
