Faustina holdings limited is currently setting up a roof top restaurant and bar in its establishment in Embakasi, Nairobi to be completed by end of September 2020.The company is in urgent need of the listed personnel below to help in setting up and running the restaurant and accommodation facilities. Qualified persons as per the below requirements to kindly forward their CVs.

LOCATION: Embakasi, Nairobi.
Reports To
The head chef will report to the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.
• Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders.
• Creating new dishes and menus.
• Interviewing and hiring new staff.
• Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for your employer.
• Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
• Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
• Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
• Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.
• Taking care of the kitchen’s accounts and creating a work roster.

• Education level: A minimum of a diploma in hotel or hospitality management/Food and beverage from a recognized institution or a diploma in any other related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a head chef.
